It will be impossible for you to accurately identify what foods or products are causing the ADHD symptoms if you’re still consuming or using them during the elimination phase. Remember you only have to do this once, so do it right.
This is not a race! It’s best you take your time and complete each phase thoroughly before moving on to the next’ The more thorough you are the better the results.
